“The program just up and decided to show the error message...”

A couple of days ago, I was working in Microsoft Publisher and without any notice, the program just up and decided to show the error message "Microsoft Publisher is not responding" while I was in the middle of create a quote for my client. Tried everything I could think of off the top of my head to recover my document since the program is suppose to automatically backup every five minutes. In a panic, because I had worked three hours on this quote, I decided to call Paul and he immediately sent me a reply that he was busy, but to try and re-boot my computer and that should take care of recovering the document. So I did just that and of course Microsoft Publisher opened right up and had my recovery document waiting for me to resume editing. The document had all but the last five minutes of revisions. So glad that I could contact Paul and he gave me such a fast response time and a quick fix to the problem. Will definitely call him again to help with any other problems that may come up in the future! Could not have asked for better service.
